Build the layer robotics is missing
Embodied AI is stuck between research that never leaves a simulator and production that only large labs can afford. AyroX Labs is building the infrastructure that connects the two: simulation, cloud validation on real robots, and deployment to physical hardware, in one pipeline.
It is early, the surface area is enormous, and the people who join now decide what this becomes.
What you'd work on
Simulation infrastructure
The environments policies train in, and the physics that decides whether that training means anything on real hardware.
Cloud robot fleet
Managed physical robots that anyone can run a policy on, from a browser, without owning or maintaining a single one.
Evaluation and benchmarks
Structured tasks run in both simulation and the real world, so the sim-to-real delta is measured rather than guessed at.
Developer experience
RoboLab and the tooling around it — real ROS2, live Gazebo, zero setup. The first thing anyone touches has to feel effortless.
What to expect here
Small team, real scope
There is no layer of people between you and the thing you are building. What you ship is what users get.
Validated, not demoed
A result on a real robot beats a result in a slide deck. We hold our own work to the standard we are selling.
Hard problems, honestly
The sim-to-real gap is not solved. We would rather say that plainly and work on it than pretend otherwise.
Nothing open right now
We don't have any positions posted at the moment. That changes as the platform grows — and we would still rather hear from you early than miss you entirely. If you have built something in robotics, simulation, or infrastructure that you are proud of, send it over.
